Placing an order
You can place an order using the online order form, or by
calling us on 0208 605 2458.
Payment Methods
Credit and debit cards are accepted.
To keep your details safe, simply complete the online
order
form, which does not require credit card information, and
someone will call you to take your card details personally
and confirm your order.
Cheques should be made payable to Rare Interior Accessories.
Your order will be processed once the cheque has cleared.
Bank Transfers can also be arranged, simply make your order
and we will supply you with the necessary details.
Delivery times
Rare aims to deliver goods within 10 working days. For
custom-made items and those not currently in stock, we
will make you
aware of the expected arrival date, and keep you updated
with the progress of the order until it is delivered.
Delivery costs
All items can be picked up from our warehouse in Earlsfield,
or:
Items sent to a daytime address anywhere in the UK:
£28 for items 1m in length and over.
£20 for items under 1m in length.
£4-8 for small items, such as cushions and footstools.
London evening deliveries (within M25) can be arranged
for a discounted rate, please ask for further details.
Overseas Deliveries
Are quoted upon request.
Refunds
Rare maintains a no-refund policy, however we are happy
to exchange goods that are in perfect order within 21
days of purchase, with the exception of original art.
Damaged Goods
All goods that are received damaged must be reported to
rare within 24 hours of delivery. Rare will replace any
order that is not received in the correct condition, as
soon possible, providing we are made aware immediately.
Health and Safety
All filling used in our beanbags meets fire regulations,
however, our footstools other small soft furnishings are
filled with a mix of shredded paper. Please contact us
for further details.
