Our range of colours come in 2 different types of leather finishes:

High grade wipeable leather – one flat colour which is wipeable for spills and maintenance. This leather will maintain it’s even colour, and will soften over time.

Buffalo leather – in its natural form, you can tell the superiority of this leather by the original markings on the hide which show its quality, even untreated. This leather is absorbent, and whilst you can condition it, and
wipe with a damp cloth, it is designed to ‘antique’, change colour slightly, and any marks will simply add to
its charm.

The double-stitch design detail is used in all rare furnishings. Apart from being a design feature,
which highlight its hand-made origins, it also strengthens the leather, by reinforcing it – important
for durability as well as style….

Suede reinforced bases and zip covers are also standard on all rare leather furnishings.
This allows you to fill/unfill as you wish, and protects all types of flooring, whilst
ensuring the bottom of your bean bag doesn’t wear away either.

You can choose to treat your leather products with conditioner, or you can
let them age naturally. Either way you can expect your rare leather products
to last a very, very long time......
